Office Policies

Appointment Policy

We understand that your time is valuable. We make every effort to see patients at their scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, please call our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are significantly late.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Insurance Policy

We accept most dental insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment. We will file claims on your behalf and help you understand your benefits. Please note that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We will do our best to help you maximize your benefits, but ultimately you are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. For patients who need assistance with larger treatment costs, we offer financing through CareCredit. Our staff will be happy to discuss payment options with you.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All patient information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations. We will not share your information with any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
